5th INTERNATIONAL OPEN CHESS TOURNAMENT RETHYMNO 2013
The tournament will be held from 28 July till 4 August 2013, in Rethymno town, Crete.

MODE: 9 rounds, Swiss System. FIDE title norms are possible!

Attention! Any player who arrives more than one hour after the scheduled start of a round shall lose the game by forfeit.
TIME CONTROL: 90 min for 40 moves + 30min + 30sec per move from the first move.

4). Sonnenborn-Berger

ENTRY FEE: for the Open will be inversely related to grade:
Free - titled players (GM, WGM, IM, WIM) and players with ELO up 2300+
30 € - players with ELO 2100-2299,
40 € - players under 18
50 € - all others players.
WINNERS PRIZES: Total Prize Fund: 5.000 Euro
* For equally matced players, the prices will be shared by the Hort system
* If a player wins two Special categories prices, he takes the bigger one
